Processing Times
Orders are processed within five to seven business days, once payment is confirmed. Shipping upgrades are available during checkout. We highly recommend UPS shipping express upgrades if you are needing your item quickly. Shipping upgrades do not adjust our processing times but ensure our shipping partners deliver as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are in need of an exchange or would like to return your order, we ask that you reach out to us within three business days of delivery. Custom items (personalized, etc) do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Items must be shipped back in their original condition, un-worn to qualify for a refund. Returns
We are not able to manage the stock in our factory and warehouse. So the actual stock may change at any time. Be aware that your order could become unfulfilled when you have placed the order.
Our policy is for 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you've bought the item and we're unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
You are able to return a product if it is unused and is in the same state as the day you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
