Customize this adorable set by writing the name and number to personalize! You may also customize the front of the shirts with a pocket sized design or a full front design. Please keep your designs limited to three words max. If you’d like a full color design, send us an email at [email protected]. Front designs will be printed in the same color + font as the back design. Design add ons are an additional cost ($2/pocket size and $5/full width).
Processing Times
Orders are processed within five to seven business days, once payment is confirmed. Shipping upgrades are available during checkout. We highly recommend UPS shipping express upgrades if you are needing your item quickly. Shipping upgrades do not adjust our processing times but ensure our shipping partners deliver as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are in need of an exchange or would like to return your order, we ask that you reach out to us within three business days of delivery. Custom items (personalized, etc) do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Items must be shipped back in their original condition, un-worn to qualify for a refund. Orders with more than 1 item are assigned processing periods in accordance with the item.

Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we are unable to fully manage it due to the fact that several stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. So the actual stock may alter at any time. You may not receive your order after the order has been made.
The policy is for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since the date you bought the item, we unfortunately can't give you a complete exchange or refund.
You can only return a product in the event that it is not used and is in the same condition as the day you received it. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
